Haven Living intends to disrupt the country’s private rental market, introducing a number of innovations across its portfolio of homes to improve living options for customers.

Haven Living is a New Zealand investment business, which will be managed by Haven Funds Management. It has been founded by a diverse team of property, finance and marketing professionals, to reinvent residential property investment in New Zealand.

We aim to enable liveability for our customers. We intend to be a disruptor in the home rental market, creating a customer-centric approach to providing a better rental home experience, and achieving enhanced economic and social outcomes.

Fusing data and state-of-the-art technology, our goal will be to improve the experiences of our customers. Every Haven home will be smart, helping to enhance liveability.
